If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect order, we will cover the cost of a replacement. A replacement of the same product will be provided at no extra charge.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, write to us with 'reprint request' in the subject line at contact@caninequirks.in within 3 days of receiving the product:

Clear photos of the received item(s), including the product, packaging, and shipping labels.

A short video of the unboxing to verify the condition on arrival.

As all products are made-to-order, exchanges are not possible, and we cannot accept returns or return shipments.
