As each order is customized to paper and size specifications, production and delivery typically takes 8-10 business days, though it may be longer during peak periods. Estimated delivery dates are provided for each product at checkout.

Your frame is delivered pre-packed with corner protectors and a protective film to prevent any scratches or damage. We use flat packaging with reinforced edges to provide additional sturdiness during transportation.

Once reviewed, we’ll process a replacement promptly.
